Congratulations to…

🐮 Lauren Acosta, CSU Sacramento, Capital 🐮

Lauren has been so extraordinary handling two executive board positions, especially on a late notice. She is always there to step in and help out when she can. You can see how much she cares about our club. She is a loving and caring individual and has always been a welcoming and friendly presence for our general members. She sets a good example for them and is just an all-around girl boss of Sac State CKI.

🐢 Harjot Kaur, UC Merced, Central Coast 🐢

This month, Harjot has continued to be a driving force for her home club. Being a two-term executive board officer, Harjot has utilized her past experiences to continue hosting general meetings and events. Harjot has also been very active in communication with our LTG for Fall Training Conference planning, details, and registration. Harjot also attended FTC and became a main leader of the division at FTC, making sure to increase divisional bonding throughout the weekend.

🍊 Jorge Jonathan Balbuena Reyes, Orange Coast College, Citrus 🍊

Jonathan is a standout member within CKI at Orange Coast College and the Citrus Division. He is always down for anything and is willing to help out wherever he can. Jonathan is super active in his home club and was even appointed as their Membership Development & Education Chair recently. He works hard to make sure everyone feels welcomed and is having a good time. Jonathan also lets his enthusiasm for CKI shine at Division and District events by volunteering to participate in activities and performing a talent act at Fall Training Conference 2022! He truly exemplifies all three tenets and we are so proud to call him one of our very own Citrus Cuties!

🌵 Terra Duron, UC Riverside, Desert Oasis 🌵

Terra is a truly invaluable member of the Circle K International community. She continuously brings delight and positivity wherever she goes and to anyone she meets. In addition to that, her hard work and dedication to CKI shows through in everything she does, both as Vice President of Administration and Secretary. – Jaden LumbanTobing [UCR President]

🔥 Johnny Qiu, Cal Poly Pomona, Foothill 🐔

Johnny has been a new member since last Spring and was highly interested in staying engaged within his home club. Since his appointment as Kiwanis Family chair, he’s been attending Kiwanis luncheons, being the main liaison between CPP & our sponsor club (Chino Kiwanis), recently managed to get us FTC funding and the induction night room. Because of this work, he is the definition of a strong super star leader! Keep up the outstanding work Johnny!

🌉 Julianne Villarreal, CSU East Bay, Golden Gate 🦭

Julianne planned a social for all of our club’s Appointed Board and Executive Board to bond! She also coordinated rides and transportation not only for that social but for service events as well. She helps promote CKI to her friends and classmates. She is our club’s Secretary, so doing MRFs can be challenging but she still manages to complete it. This month, she helped plan and organize a bread fundraiser for the club. She should be recognized as Member of the Month because of her time commitment to the club and she always proposes great, creative ideas that benefit the club. She continuously puts effort in CKI and ensures the club runs smoothly while fulfilling her role as Secretary.

🚊 An Nguyen, CSU Long Beach, Metro 🐸

An is a new member and he’s done so much already! From coming to different service events, socials, and even his family’s socials, you can always see An at any event. He brings a positive energy to the group and always interacts with everyone so no one feels left out. No matter what, An is a friendly face that you can always count on to see at each event our club holds <3

🐼 Michelle Bach, UC San Diego, Paradise Division 🍍

Michelle is a very hard working Service Chair and always completes things early and in a timely fashion.

🦈 Jamie Gonzales, UC Santa Cruz, Sunset 🐤

As the current Vice President of Administration at UC Santa Cruz and co-family chair of the Solis family, Jamie Gonzales has made great strides in bringing the hype to her homeclub! From cracking jokes with general members to offering invaluable support to her appointed board, Jamie’s work can be seen shining brightly through the club. Through her consistent collaborations with her board and event planning, Jamie is your go-to for super good vibes and soft serves 🌅🍦☀️✨
