Don't be discouraged by the size of your club!

Small isn’t bad. A small club gives members the opportunity to really get to know everyone and bond, and members will have a reduced chance of feeling lost and insignificant, which can occur in bigger clubs.

Emphasize opportunities and freedom

As a small or newer club, you (and members!) have the opportunity to develop and shape the traditions, events, and atmosphere of the club. When tabling or recruiting, let members know that they have this unique opportunity to really shape your club’s Circle K, whereas at other more established and larger Circle K’s, there’s less opportunity for change.
