Hey Cal-Nev-Ha! I better see everyone at CKI North or South this year. This event's very special to me, not just because I'm helping to put it together, but because this is the first district event I've ever been to, and it might be yours too. Here I am three years later and I still shout our team name "THIRD NIPPLE!!" to friends I've made that day.

Now I can tell you all about the crazy people you meet, the fun games, the laughter, the tears, but why don't you find out yourself? If you're game that is.

Overview
Every year the district comes together to compete in a series of mini-games. The registration fee for each team goes directly towards PTP. The Games:

Skin the Snake + Human Pyramid
1-20
Pass the Orange
Amoeba Run
Jump Rope (of Doom)
Relay Races

This year will be slightly different.
When CKI teams register, they will be assigned as “Pirates” or “Ninjas”. Pirates and Ninjas will compete in 6 rounds of competition until a champion team in each is found. They will then engage in a final unknown showdown to determine once and for the winner of the epic battle: Pirates vs. Ninjas!

The District Finance & Fundraising Committee encourages clubs to enter as many teams of 6 as possible. Teams must be made up of all Circle K members or all Kiwanians. Bonus points will be given for teams who utilize another Kiwanis family member as an alternate for each game (3 points for a Kiwanian, 1 point for other sponsored youth group).

Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP)

Unintentional injury is the #1 killer of children age 14 and under in the U.S.
Unintentional injury kills more children every year than any other cause - including disease, homicide and suicide!
90% of these unintentional injuries can be prevented!
Money donated is used to train pediatric doctors and nurses
