I wore green to bring awareness about Tourette Syndrome. My brother has Tourette’s and I hope that spreading awareness about this mental disorder will help bring social acceptance and support to tourette victims. Growing up with my brother I saw how hard it was for him to function on a daily basis and not many accepted him at school. If more people can understand Tourette’s then we can improve medication and identify the exact cause of it. Awareness is the first step!
