Hi there!

Welcome to another week of January MR Mondays!  The new year also means the start of a new quarter/semester.  Before we know it, it will be elections season and many clubs will be electing their 2017-2018 officers.  This month, we asked Lt. Governors to spotlight members who have the potential to be future leaders in Circle K and take CKI to new heights in the new year.  This week, we will spotlight members from Central Coast, Desert Oasis, and Foothill!  Please read why their Lt. Governors nominated them below:

Central Coast: Claudia Alegre, UC Santa Barbara
This past year Claudia has served as a family head for her club while displaying high enthusiasm. She has also created many events for her family, while attending many others.

Desert Oasis: Ravi Ranawaka, UC Riverside

I chose Ravi because he’s been active in the division and club in his first year of college attending events such as Fall Training Conference, November DAD, and December WAW. I definitely believe that he shows promise to be a future officer in Circle K!

Foothill: Diana Mora, Cal Poly Pomona

Diana is super involved on the club and division level. She has surprised members with her enthusiasm. In her home club she encourages members to attend events and works hard to make sure everyone has a great time. She is a leader leader leader and see great potential inherited future.

Thank you to these members for their dedication to Circle K!  You are truly special and help make Circle K a worthwhile experience for those around you.  We cannot wait to see what the future has in store for your Circle K journey.  Make sure to go to the Facebook post and let them know how great they are!  While you’re at it, tag a member from these divisions who stands out for their leadership and charisma.  Let us know why they inspire you and check in next week when we spotlight members from Magic Kingdom, Metro, and Paradise!

With Love,

The 2016-2017 District Member Recognition Committee
