Greetings, CNH Circle K!

Welcome to week two of January Member Recognition Mondays where we are recognizing CKI members for their tremendous growth in CKI. This week is about our central region containing Central Coast, Desert Oasis, and Foothill. Check out down below to see what the Lieutenant Governors and/or their peers have to say about the individuals selected today!

Central Coast Division
Areeb Rizvi, Moorpark College
When Areeb first started Circle K, he didn’t know the difference between Kiwanis and Key Club. He was new to the Kiwanis family and was put into a difficult position as president from the beginning. he quickly learned about CKI and how to lead his club, and the rest is history. Recently they hosted a clothing/food drive on campus and received so many donations that it fills up his garage! Areeb has lead his club from being a small baby to becoming one of the most spirited clubs in Central Coast!”

Desert Oasis Division
Kamryn Cruz, UN Las Vegas
When Kamryn first joined she was quite shy and couldn’t make it out to as many events, although throughout her time in CKI she has become more outgoing and outspoken. She actively participates in a lot of events and befriends anyone around her! Even though it’s her last year, she took up a board position to extend her leadership.”

Foothill Division
Riddhima Kumar, Cal Poly Pomona
Riddhima started out as a bashful general member but she’s evolved into a hardworking and persistent president for her home club at Cal Poly Pomona. She’s frequently elevating her members’ spirit and propelling her home clubs pride with her “Go Broncos!” patriotism. She’s an excellent example of what a warm leader should be: loving, nurturing, and always wanting the best for her members.”

Stay tuned to next week to see which three members will be recognized from the southern region. We will also have a new nomination form out for the month of February!
