Hello CNH!
On January 18, 2020, CKI@UCR held it’s 12th annual Kids Rock Benefit Concert to help raise funds for the pediatric trauma program. This amazing event was filled with delicious food, fun games, and many wonderful performances, including headliner Meagan Lee. Members from all across CNH came out to support the event and have an amazing time!

This year’s K-Rock was chaired by Emily Candido. Emily has been working on the event since the term began, and was very happy she was able to put on an amazing event for everyone. Here is what she had to say about the event.

“Thank you to everyone who came out to the 12th Annual Kids Rock Concert,” She said. “I felt really blessed seeing everyone enjoying their time there and the artists’ performances. I hope to raise a good amount of money for the Pediatric Trauma Program from this year’s event, and I hope you join us next year!”

Aside from performances like collective faction, Oceania Dance, and Meagan Lee, the event also had special performances from UC Riverside’s executive board, including a magic show and a lip-sync! Their performances definitely made many of the attendees’ smile and laugh!

This year’s K-Rock was definitely a success, and we know next year will be just as good! Thanks, Emily, UCR, and everyone who came out to this spectacular event! We’re looking forward to seeing what next year brings!
