Good Afternoon Sunny CNH! ☀️

We’ve hit the last week of January which means that this week’s Member Recognition Mondays will be covering December Member of the Month! Each division have one individual selected by their lieutenant governors for embodying our three tenets. Read more about them below!

🦅Capital Division🦅
Tre Soultz, UN Reno

Tre has been part of UN Reno CKI ever since Fall 2016. Throughout the years, he’s always been a valuable member to his home club and the division. Always making an effort to go to divisional and district events, Tre can always be counted on to help bring others out of their shells, and overall brighten the mood of those around him.

🐢Central Coast Division🐢
Katie Dizon, Cal Lutheran University

Katie Dizon currently works as the Media & Graphics Chair of the Central Coast Division, and attends California Lutheran University. Katie actively updates and develops graphics for various events within the Central Coast Division while making sure to receive and edit photos taken by our divisional photographer, Monty Sovann. In working with others and acting independently, by managing graphics within the Central Coast Division, Katie demonstrates leadership as the Media and Graphics Chair!

🍊Citrus Division🍊
Kristi Ryono, UC Irvine

Kristi Ryono is a woman with numerous artistic talents, but one of her most exceptional skills is fostering other’s enthusiasm for service. As one of UC-Irvine’s Single Service chair, she utilizes her love for arts and crafts at her weekly tabletop services! From making dog toys to artistic paper cranes, she empowers others to make their community a better place by implementing their hobbies to aid others. During general meetings, she goes out of her way to talk to new people and encourages her fellow board members to the best of her ability! She genuinely cares about people and will reach out to them after events to make sure that they enjoyed the event. She is a puns enthusiast, so she will “literally laugh at ANY and ALL of your jokes and corny pick-up lines.” With that being said, Kristi has piloted her club to new heights.

🌵Desert Oasis Division🌵
Alyssa Noji, UN Las Vegas

Alyssa became UNLV’s Single Service Chair during their Fall semester and has been nothing short of amazing as a board member. Alyssa has been incredibly active from the club level to the division level and even to the district level. She has attended all of the events that were hosted during our December Weekend of Awesomeness Weekend and even housed a few members from UCR! We appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to this organization and we can’t wait to see how she’ll grow into an even greater leader in the near future. :~)

🔥Foothill Division🔥
Heyley Pavon, Cal Poly Pomona

Heyley has an impressive resume of being active within Key Club and also being active in Circle K. Her transition into her role as Cal Poly Pomona’s Vice President of Administration has been seamless! Heyley’s future as a leader is really bright (as bright as the sun uwu) and we are so excited to see what she will accomplish in the future! Heyley also has done amazing in cultivating her members and allowing them to take charge within her own club! Being VPA opens up a lot of doors for Heyley and we are excited to see which door she will take in the upcoming term!

🌉Golden Gate Division🌉
Rebecca Quach, University of San Francisco

She is super hard working! She actively tries to come up with ideas to benefit our club and have an undefeated drive. She brings joy to every event she goes to and has a lot of energy! She has also been expanding USF Circle K’s connections to other clubs on campus as well as planning events with those clubs.

🚊Metro Division🚊
Bri Rodriguez, Pepperdine University

Bri has been a great President to work alongside and remains persistent in the chartering process. Her leadership has been essential for the entire process to run smoothly and ensure that their club tabling is successful. Bri has been a great new addition to our division and I look forward to seeing what her club will accomplish this semester.

🍍Paradise Division🍍
Remy Sprague, San Diego State University

Serving as club secretary, Remy has aided the club in numerous ways. Not only is she a fun person to be around with her weird and hilarious antics, she enjoy serving the community as much as she can. She has a strong commitment to the club and her high energy makes the club more positive. She has creative and fun ideas to present to the club to boost everyones’ spirits. Despite her busy schedule with school and studying, she always puts out time to attend as many service and social events as she can, typically attending at least one event a week. She works to connect with not only her home club but those around her, including other Circle K clubs as well as Kiwanis.

🌅Sunset Division🌅
Luis Gonzalez Herrera, UC Santa Cruz

Luis has been an impeccable member with passion and dedication not only to the club but in the divisional level as well. With recently being appointed in their administrative board, he has not only consistently shown his newly found love for the organization but for the members of his home club as well! Without a doubt, he will be an amazing and reliable leader in the future!
