Hello Magic Kingdom! We are excited to announce the June divisional service project (DSP) Outdoor Education Center’s Grove Restoration!

In October 2017, various wildfires consumed parts of Orange County and other parts of California. One of the areas affected was the Outdoor Education Center’s organic garden and citrus grove, a part of their living classroom. Our job will include mulching, brush clearing, weeding, watering, and general ranch and orchard clean up.

The actual project will start at 9:00 am, but please plan on arriving at 8:45 to check in. Please remember to wear closed toe shoes (sturdy boots are perfect), long pants, long sleeve shirts, and bring your sunscreen, water bottles, and hats. We’re going to be working in the sun, so make sure to be prepared!

Come help support this living classroom that provides outdoor education to school children each year!
